The Drubchen is being led by Khenpo Tenzin of Rinpoche’s Bylakuppe Monastery. All the monks, nuns, khenpos and rinpoches will be accumulating 1 billion Buddha Amitabha mantras.

Ayang Rinpoche requests that all Buddhist practitioners and others associated with the Amitabha Foundation worldwide contribute to this practice and send their recitations of the Buddha Amitabha Mantra to accumulate the 1 billion total. Mantras may be accumulated and the totals sent in daily between April 6 and April 20. Send your mantra totals to the Amitabha Foundation in your own country, or to amitabhafoundation@yahoo.co.in or drikungcharitablesociety@yahoo.com.

The Buddha Amitabha mantra is OM AMI DEWA HRI.

The total expense of the Drubchen is approximately $30,600. People who wish to sponsor or donate towards the Drubchen may kindly send in their contributions directly to the monastery’s account (see the information below).
